金文泰咖啡店变乐龄活动站 百名年长者每月定期聚会

在金文泰的“咖啡屋”咖啡店，年长居民每月一次会聚集，一起做运动、玩桌游、吃饭聊天。（陈斌勤摄）
金文泰有个咖啡店，每个月的第二或第三个星期五都有一个乐龄聚会，参与者有上百人。他们不单喝咖啡、吃饭聊天，还在熟悉的环境中一起做运动、玩桌游，收获身心欢愉。
这是本地慈善机构恩保乐（Empower Ageing）每月例常活动，要打破传统服务模式，把运动、社交和健康带到年长者身边。
恩保乐首席执行官纳拉西曼（Narasimman Tivasiha Mani）说，恩保乐受社会企业Hatch.sg的邀请，并获得卫生部医疗护理转型署资助，于2024年7月在文礼展开名为“KOPITIAM Pop Up”的试点。
